Tech Liberty Chamber (TLC) is a youth-led, independent non-profit in Rwanda uniting human rights, technology, economic freedom advocacy, and entrepreneurial innovation, equipping young Africans to design liberty-driven solutions to real problems.

On the ground
TLC's programs are delivered directly to young people across Rwanda, through courses, workshops, and community sessions on digital finance safety, blockchain, and Web3 entrepreneurship.
