Tech Liberty Chamber (TLC) is a youth-led, independent non-profit in Rwanda focused on capacity building through technology, human rights, and economic freedom. Advancing free-market ideas, property rights, and limited-government policy through research, dialogue, and partnership with the global freedom movement — including networks like Atlas Network.

Incubating youth-led ventures that apply liberty and technology to solve real economic and social challenges.
On the ground
